T-Total is a unique approach to training: each session is led by an expert coach who works closely with up to four members, creating a 1:4 coaching ratio. This setup means you get the guidance, support, and accountability of personal training at a fraction of the cost. You’ll move through structured strength workouts that build muscle and burn calories, tailored to each person’s level but designed to push everyone toward their goals.
