Danny Thomas
T3 owner & Personal Trainer
Danny comes from a Rugby League background - in the game for over 33 years.
Danny started his training journey on a rugby field as a 7 year old boy and started in the gym at around 14 years of age, he has always had a passion for keeping fit alongside helping and motivating others.
At 16 years of age, Danny had the opportunity to train in a full time environment when he signed professionally for London Broncos following onto spells at Leeds Rhinos & Huddersfield Giants,
Jumping forward to 2014 when playing locally for Dewsbury Celtic, Danny qualified as a gym instructor and personal trainer and has been in the industry since.
Danny’s biggest achievement is being part of the Jamaican Rugby League team that qualified for their first World Cup! Danny is now their media manager.

Tom Dewhirst
T3 Nutritionist
Tom Dewhirst is an online nutrition coach and amateur bodybuilder from Dewsbury. His main aim is to help as many people as he can improve their education and relationship with food whilst not neglecting their lifestyles in the process.
Tom has worked with professional athletes across many sports including rugby, football and MMA to name a few. He also has a degree in sport and exercise therapy and has previously worked as a sports therapist for Batley Bulldogs and Dewsbury Rams for the last 3 years, which included 2 trips to France and being part of a team that played at Wembley.
Tom also has 5 years experience working in sports massage and also does this alongside his nutrition coaching. Outside of work, he likes to go on walks, watch sport and is a season ticket holder at Leeds United. • BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma Sports Development, Coaching and Fitness (QFC) with the Triple Grade Merit Merit Pass. (2018-2020)
• L3 Diploma in Fitness instructing and personal training (2023)
• FAA Level 3 award in emergency first aid at work (RQF) 25/09/23 Valid for 3 years

Niall Walker
T3 All Aspects Rugby League Coach
Niall has been playing Rugby since the age of 5 and has gained a wealth of experience along the way. Niall originally joined Hunslet in 2017 after a five year spell in Australia in which he featured with Wests Tigers, Parramatta Eels and Balmain Tigers, and has also played for Batley Bulldogs and London Bronco’s.
Niall has over five years’ experience in training & coaching young people physically, and encouraging the right mindset in becoming a Rugby League Athlete.
Ell Karpowicz
T3 Personal Trainer & Class Instructor
Ell is a Personal Trainer and Class Instructor - she coaches clients in weight loss, strength and muscle building.
Ell has been a personal trainer for 8 years and has helped many clients with learning how to lose weight by switching mindsets.

Nutrition
Hydrotherapy
Ell has experience in studio classes leading Legs, Bums & Tums, Core Training and Military Style Circuits.
Ell has a big personality and is quite known for “saying it how it is”. As with having 5 children of her own, she is not afraid of a challenge! With having a large family, Ell has an understanding of how raising children and working/ family life can impact fitness - that's why Ell is a great advocate in this area.
Ell was previously overweight, and it was her fitness journey that led her to want to help others as she knows YOU CAN ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS! Ell enjoys family time, training and getting involved with her local rugby club.
